Harley-Davidson shows off Penster leaning trike prototypes

Once upon a way back when a few drawings of patents a little Trike Harley-Davidson leaning their way onto the web. Apparently the company went so far as the code produced a few prototypes Penster. The tricycles are by none other than the legendary custom car builder John Butterfield was written, and despite the awkwardness inherent in the design of trike that Penster looks pretty good. For reasons that remain in the dark, the design has never been given the green light for production. Instead, buyers Harley with a heart for three wheels with the Tri-Glide.

Not surprisingly, the Penster uses a 45-degree V-twin air-cooled for its propulsion, but details on exactly how the mechanism of addiction are rare. These prototypes were cut in 2006 and now in the museum are Harley-Davidson. They stand out as an impressive piece of future-oriented society that holds steadfast to their traditions.
