Mercedes-Benz confirms second shooting brake model

Wagon lovers happy. Last year, Mercedes-Benz CLS confirms that its curves Shooting Brake concept (image) has been approved for production, and now, Automotive News reported that a smaller version in the works, as well.

Recently, we showed you spy shots of upcoming Mercedes CLC - a four-door coupe on the platform that the automaker A and Class B vehicles will support. As the standard four doors of the CTC, the shooting brake with a direct injection four-cylinder engines (probably with a turbocharger) is offered, and are available in front-and four-wheel drive. Logically, since the large five-door CLS is the same powertrain in the CLS-Class sedan to use, it's on, including the delicious CLS63 AMG version.

Search arrive after the shooting brake CTC in North America later in 2014. CTC sedan will go on sale later in 2013.

Mercedes-Benz discontinues V12 roadsters ahead of new SL debut
